Ernesto is the founder of the Project Management for Results (PM4R) Program, which develops project management capabilities for executing agencies in Latin America and the Caribbean. He also serves as the founder and CEO of the Social Project Institute, which assists teams in the agile execution of their social and environmental projects. Ernesto holds a Master's Degree in International Business Administration from ESADE in Barcelona, Spain, and a Master's Degree in Education from Framingham State University in Massachusetts, USA. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) through the Project Management Institute (PMI) and has created agile and predictive methodologies for social and environmental projects. With extensive experience in project management across Latin America and the Caribbean, he has conducted numerous training sessions for over 10,000 professionals from the public and private sectors in 24 countries in the region.

Agustín Sarría serves as Coordinator of the Project Management for Results (PM4R) program at the Inter-American Development Bank, where he leads initiatives to improve project management capabilities across Latin America and the Caribbean. With over 20 years of experience in public and private project management across more than 20 countries, and an MBA specializing in multilateral organization project management, he has established himself as an expert in agile methodologies. Since 2010, he has worked as a project management consultant helping public institutions improve their performance through agile mindset development and simplified management tools. Through his role as instructor of PM4R Agile courses and coordinator of the PM4R Program since 2021, he continues to advance project management practices while focusing on developing practical, flexible approaches for development and social impact projects

Claudia Baca has established herself as a preeminent expert in Organizational Project Management (OPM) with over two decades of experience in project management consulting and education. As an independent consultant and CEO of her consulting firm since 2005, she has been instrumental in developing PMI's OPM standards since 2001, serving as a founding member of the standards team and currently leading the PMI Member Advisory Group within the OPM area.
