Hans Henrik Lidgard is a Senior Professor of Private Law at Lund University, where he has been a faculty member since 1997. He also serves as a visiting professor at HCMC Law University in Vietnam. With a rich background as a practicing attorney and extensive experience in the corporate sector, Lidgard has consulted for various governments across Europe, Asia, and Australia, as well as global companies such as BHP and Ford. His scholarly work focuses on the intersection of antitrust law and intellectual property rights (IPR), addressing innovation market-related challenges. He has authored numerous publications, including articles in prestigious journals and books on competition law and IPR.In addition to his research, Professor Lidgard teaches advanced courses on European Business Law, guiding students through the complexities of doing business in Europe. He is recognized for his contributions to legal education and has supervised many PhD and master's students from Sweden and abroad. Eduardo Gill Pedro is a Senior Lecturer at Lund University, specializing in EU law and competition law.
