Dr. Elliott Kruse serves as a Professor in the Department of Strategy and Leadership at EGADE Business School, Tecnológico de Monterrey. As Leader of the Thematic Area Research Group in Leadership, his research focuses on how values shape leadership and well-being, with particular interest in problem-solving, negotiation, and innovative design. His notable publications include work on physician humility, gratitude, and decision-making bias, with his research earning the Best Article Award from the Academy of Management's Organizational Behavior Division.
