Niema Moshiri has transitioned from a Ph.D. student to an Associate Teaching Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at the University of California, San Diego. Sabeel Mansuri is a Software Engineer at Amazon Web Services (AWS), where he currently serves as the Engineering Manager for Health AI, specifically focusing on the cloud-native bioinformatics platform, AWS HealthOmics. He holds a B.S. in Computer Science and Bioinformatics from the University of California, San Diego, where he graduated summa cum laude. His career at AWS has seen him transition from a founding engineer to management, where he has played a pivotal role in developing and scaling innovative health solutions.In addition to his work at AWS, Mansuri is an instructor at UC San Diego, teaching a series of courses titled "Hacking COVID-19," which explores various aspects of SARS-CoV-2 and its implications. His educational contributions also include developing an interactive, adaptive textbook for an introductory Python course. With a strong emphasis on education and innovation, Mansuri combines his technical expertise with a passion for teaching, helping students navigate the complexities of computer science and bioinformatics while fostering critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Vikram Sirupurapu is a Master's student at the University of California, San Diego, where he is actively involved in research and education related to bioinformatics and computational biology.
