Dr. Bill Brantley serves as President and Chief Learning Officer of Brantley Advanced Social Sciences Applications (BAS2A), bringing over two decades of experience in organizational development and digital learning innovation. After completing multiple advanced degrees including a PhD in Public Policy and Management, MBA in Project Management, and Master's degrees in Political Management and Education, he has established himself as a pioneering voice in workforce development and project management education. His work spans government service and academia, including roles as Senior Training Specialist at the U.S. Navy Inspector General Office and program manager at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Through his faculty positions at the University of Maryland and University of Louisville, he has developed nine award-winning MOOCs reaching over 10,000 international students, focusing on project management communication and digital transformation. His expertise is demonstrated through more than fifty professional certifications, including credentials in project management, agile coaching, HR management, and data science, along with extensive training in leadership coaching. As author of "The Persuasive Project Manager" and "Four Scenarios for the Future of the Federal Government," he continues to advance organizational learning while developing innovative approaches to workforce development. His achievements include recognition as Training Magazine's 2019 Emerging Training Leader and successful implementation of major training initiatives across federal agencies.
