Dr. Christopher Geczy is an Adjunct Professor of Finance at The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, where he has been a faculty member since 1997. Katherine Klein is the Edward H. Bowman Professor of Management at the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. She earned her B.A. from Yale University and her Ph.D. from the University of Texas at Austin. Before joining Wharton, she was a faculty member at the University of Maryland and served as a visiting professor at the Stanford Graduate School of Business.An award-winning organizational psychologist, Klein's research spans various topics including team leadership, organizational change, employee diversity, and social networks.
