Dr. Kriti Khurana is a prominent academic with a Ph.D. in English from Guru Govind Singh Indraprastha University. Prof. Shamim Mondal is currently serving as the Associate Dean at the School of Business Management at Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) since July 2020. He has a rich academic background with a PhD in Economics from the University of Rochester, where he specialized in macroeconomics and labor economics. His doctoral research focused on wage disparities and labor market outcomes between African American and white male workers in the United States.With over ten years of experience in teaching economics and statistics, Prof. Mondal has held various academic positions, including Professor of Economics at NMIMS from March 2017 to July 2020 and Associate Professor of General Management at Alliance Business School from February 2011 to February 2017. He has also been involved as a visiting faculty member in the Department of Humanities & Social Science at NIT Warangal and is a member of the Board of Studies at the Central University of Hyderabad.

Alka Sharma is an ACC ICF certified Executive Coach and Communications Consultant with nearly 20 years of experience in corporate communications. She has collaborated with leading organizations such as Yahoo!, GE, WhatsApp, and HP, where she developed impactful communication strategies. Alka holds a degree in English Honours from Delhi University and completed the Women Startup Program in Entrepreneurship at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore. Additionally, she is a TEDx speaker and the creator of BBC's first self-help web series, reflecting her commitment to personal transformation and mastery.As a guest faculty member at institutions like IIM Kozhikode, IIM Amritsar, and NIFT Delhi, Alka empowers individuals and teams to achieve their best work through her coaching practice.
