Prof. Shamim Mondal is currently serving as the Associate Dean at the School of Business Management at Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) since July 2020. His doctoral research focused on wage disparities and labor market outcomes between African American and white male workers in the United States.With over ten years of experience in teaching economics and statistics, Prof. Mondal has held various academic positions, including Professor of Economics at NMIMS from March 2017 to July 2020 and Associate Professor of General Management at Alliance Business School from February 2011 to February 2017.
