Marion joined AXA Investment Managers in 2003 and is a Senior Fund Manager within the European & Global Inflation, Rates & Aggregate Team, with a focus on managing inflation funds. She began her career at AXA IM as a Product Manager, moving to the Global Rates team in 2006. Before AXA IM, Marion worked for BNP Paribas as a derivatives products structurer in Fixed Income and Equity Markets, spending five years in London and Madrid. Marion holds a degree from ESSEC, graduating in 1997.

Valérie Gauthier, with a rich academic background from France and the US, including a PhD in Comparative Literature and Executive Education at Stanford, is renowned for her interdisciplinary expertise spanning linguistics, leadership, and cross-cultural communication. Creator of the savoir-relier™ method, she has developed leadership and communication programs in academia and industry. A former Dean of the HEC MBA (2002-2010), Gauthier revamped the curriculum, elevating the program’s global ranking. Currently, she holds the HEC-Pernod Ricard Leadership Chair and leads the Leadership Certificate Program. She is also a published author, with her latest work, "Leading with Sense," emphasizing the savoir-relier approach. A former professional skier and tennis player, Gauthier’s passions include poetry, painting, and education.

Ambroise Huret is a Partner at Eleven Strategy & Management, with offices in Paris, London, and Madrid. He serves as a Board Member for multiple companies across the technology, consumer goods, and real estate sectors in Europe and the US. A successful entrepreneur, he co-founded three startups—Business effiScience Group, Pertinence Software, and Jobsesame.com—all of which achieved successful trade exits. Ambroise has also worked as an investment banker and strategy consultant at Booz Allen & Hamilton and is a graduate of HEC Paris.

Bénédicte Faivre-Tavignot is the co-founder and director of the "Social Business/Enterprise and Poverty" Chair and the HEC Master's in "Sustainability and Social Innovation Management," established in 2008 and 2003, respectively. Since 2013, she has served as executive director of the Society & Organization Center at HEC, integrating societal innovation into the curriculum. A founding member of the Action Tank Entreprise et Pauvreté, her research focuses on how societal projects, such as social business and base of the pyramid (BoP) initiatives, drive reverse innovation and strategic renewal. She holds an HEC degree (1988) and earned her doctorate from the University of Lyon 3 in 2012.

Florian Hoos is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Accounting and Management Control and the Scientific Director of the Master in Sustainability and Social Innovation at HEC Paris. He has received numerous accolades, including being named one of the world's top 40 Business School Professors under 40 by Poets & Quants. Among his many honors are the Prix Vernimmen for best HEC professor, "Best Teaching Style" and "Best Professor Core Phase" awards from the MBA program, and the Prix Pralong for an entrepreneurial venture in the Ivory Coast. His research focuses on social entrepreneurship, social impact measurement, and accounting, and his Ph.D. dissertation was awarded first prize by the German Institute of Internal Auditors.

Frédéric Dalsace is an Associate Professor of Marketing at HEC Paris, specializing in B2B Marketing, Social Marketing, and Ethics. An HEC Paris alumnus, he holds an MBA with honors from Harvard Business School and both an M.Sc. and Ph.D. in Management from INSEAD. He has published in renowned journals such as the Strategic Management Journal and Harvard Business Review. Recognized for his teaching excellence, Frédéric has received multiple awards, including the BNP-Paribas Teaching Award and the Best Professor Award of the MBA program. Previously, he worked in sales and marketing at Michelin and CarnaudMetalbox and served as a strategy consultant with McKinsey & Company.

Hugues Langlois is an Assistant Professor of Finance at HEC Paris, specializing in asset pricing and portfolio management. His research has been featured in prestigious journals like the Review of Financial Studies and the Journal of Financial & Quantitative Analysis. In 2015, he received the Crowell First Prize from PanAgora Asset Management for his work in quantitative finance. Hugues teaches Quantitative Asset Management in the Masters in International Finance program. From 2007 to 2013, he was a portfolio manager at Desjardins Global Asset Management, where he developed and managed asset allocation systems for institutional clients. He holds an M.Sc. in financial engineering from HEC Montreal and a Ph.D. in finance from McGill University.

Hélène Musikas is an affiliate professor at HEC Paris, where she teaches strategy across undergraduate, Masters, MBA, and Executive Education programs. Her expertise includes business and corporate strategy, strategic innovation, strategy implementation, and consulting skills. She also coordinates the HEC Executive MBA curriculum and leads intra-company executive programs. Hélène co-leads team dynamics coaching at INSEAD's Advanced Management Program and teaches business simulations for HEC and INSEAD. She is a founding partner of a consulting firm specializing in strategic audits for investment funds and has previously worked at McKinsey, Bain & Co., and Orange. She holds degrees from Ecole Normale Supérieure and Sup Telecom and co-authored the strategy book Odyssey 3.14: Reinvent Your Business Model. Fluent in French, English, and conversant in Greek.

Lise is the Educational Director of the Master in Sustainability & Social Innovation at HEC Paris and leads the FACT IMPACT program, which engages students in field missions to support social entrepreneurs worldwide. Previously, she was the Director of Planète d'Entrepreneurs, an NGO focused on fostering social entrepreneurship through impact measurement missions, with 60 missions completed across 15 countries. Lise began her career as a sustainable development consultant at Ethicity (Greenflex group). She graduated from HEC Paris with a Master's in Management and has international experience in Argentina and Canada.
