Who is this programme for?
The Executive Development Programme in Operations & Project Management at IIM Raipur welcomes Indian participants holding a Graduation (10+2+3) or Diploma (only 10+2+3) from a recognized university in any discipline. International participants should possess a Graduation or equivalent degree from a recognized University or Institution in their respective countries. Additionally, a minimum of 2 years of working experience is necessary. The programme follows a comprehensive evaluation methodology including online exams, case analysis, class contribution and other components as decided by the respective course faculties.

Process Optimization and Efficiency: Principles, lean management, Six Sigma methodologies. Module 2: Analytics in Operations Management – Introduction to analytical methods in operations management. Linear programming and optimization. Forecasting in operations management. Data-driven methods and tools for forecasting. Module 3: Supply Chain and Quality Management – Supply chain fundamentals: Basics, strategies for resilience, case studies. Quality management: Operational excellence, continuous process improvement, measurement systems. Module 4: Project Management: Planning and Estimation – Project fundamentals and planning: Operations vs. projects, scope definition, selection, estimation. Project scheduling: Creating plans, resource allocation, Gantt charts, project life cycle. Module 5: Project Management: Risk and Stakeholder Management – Risk mitigation in projects: Identifying risks, mitigation strategies, real-world cases. Stakeholder management and agile methods: Principles, frameworks, implementation, communication. Module 6: In-Campus Immersion – Project presentations, in-class case discussions, simulation exercises, classroom lectures.

The programme is a 6-month live online programme with sessions every Sunday (11 AM to 2:15 PM). It includes a 2-day on-campus module at IIM Raipur for an immersive learning experience.

Programme Length

The classes for this programme are delivered through LIVE lectures using Direct to Device (D2D) Technology.
