He earned his Ph.D. in Economics with a specialization in money, finance, and foreign trade from the University Lumière Lyon 2, France, in 2003. Prior to that, he completed his Master’s Degree in Economics and an MBA from Lyon EM Management School in 2000. He graduated with a degree in Economics from the same university in 1999.Currently, Dario Silić serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Bina-Istra d.d., a prominent concessionaire within the French concession group Bouygues Construction. Before becoming CEO, he contributed significantly to the company’s success as its Chief Financial Officer, leveraging his expertise in financial management and strategic planning. His research interests span financial engineering, financial management, corporate finance, and European Union economics, reflecting his deep understanding of global and regional economic dynamics.With a unique blend of academic excellence and corporate leadership, Dario Silić continues to drive innovation and financial growth within the infrastructure and construction sectors.

Andrea Patrucco is an Assistant Professor of Supply Chain Management at Florida International University’s College of Business, where he teaches courses on Supply Chain Management, Purchasing and Supply Management, and Applied Topics in Supply Chain Management. Holding a Ph.D. from Politecnico di Milano, Milan, Italy, he combines academic expertise with real-world application. Andrea is also deeply involved in executive education, having worked with leading global companies such as ABB, Astaldi, AXA, Danieli, Edison, Fincantieri, Ferragamo, Gucci, Mediaset, Pirelli, Salvagnini, Solvay, and Unicredit. His work bridges academia and industry, preparing students and professionals to tackle complex supply chain challenges effectively.

Dr. Srića is professor of management at Zagreb University and a visiting professor at UCLA, with a PhD in IT management and an MBA from Columbia University. He has been a visiting professor at Renmin University in China and various universities in Austria, Hungary, Slovenia, Montenegro, and Dubai. He is also a program director of DELFIN (Developing Effective Leadership for Innovation), a private executive development and consulting firm. He was CEO of Croatian Institute for Informatics, Minister of Science and a member of the Government of Croatia. He is a member of The Club of Rome and an honorary member of the Croatian Helsinki Committee. He is a Fulbright scholar and Eisenhower Fellow and was elected President of Zagreb’s city assembly. Also, he is a World Bank expert on Change Management and a member of The European Academy of Science and Art.

Jaka Vadnjal holds a master’s degree and a doctorate from the Faculty of Economics in Ljubljana and has established himself as an independent business consultant, lecturer, and senior trainer in international environments. From 2015 to 2019, he served as President of the Management Board of Lon Bank. Over his nine years at GEA College – Faculty of Entrepreneurship, he held the position of dean and earned the title of full professor, while also lecturing at various universities both domestically and internationally. With entrepreneurial experience in a family business, Jaka has provided invaluable advice to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and consulted governments across Southeast Europe on fostering SME development and financing.
