Dr. Aglaya Batz Liñeiro, a professor at Universidad del Rosario, holds a doctorate in Economic Public Policy (Dr. rer. pol) from Brandenburg University, Germany. With extensive experience in social innovation, industrial innovation, business model transformation, corporate social responsibility, and technology transfer projects, she is a leading voice in fostering innovative ecosystems. Her primary research focuses on analyzing knowledge flows within industrial innovation networks. Currently, she serves as the Director of the Center for Innovation at the School of Management at Universidad del Rosario.
