About Me

Amit Shukla is an Associate Professor at the Department of Management Sciences (DoMS), IIT Kanpur. He holds a Fellow Program in Management (FPM) from IIM Lucknow. His research interests encompass emerging employment relationships, citizenship behavior, psychological ownership, positive organizational behavior (OB), academic excellence, and staffing. Additionally, he focuses on talent and performance management, along with marketing communications. His work provides valuable insights into both individual and organizational dynamics, aiming to enhance performance and the work environment.
