Amy Moore is a Project Director at the University at Buffalo (UB) and an ACT-Authorized Job Profiler based in New York. With an MBA and Bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and French, she has also pursued graduate studies in education and completed PMP training. Her expertise spans various fields, including ESL, strategic HR management, leadership, organizational development, and decision-making statistics. As a former Regional Director for a U.S. House of Representatives member, Amy has led recruitment for businesses and academia, identifying key tasks and developing strategies to match candidates to job requirements. Her leadership extends to serving as Vice President of the Women’s Initiative for Networking (WINS), focusing on community outreach and professional development. She believes in empowering individuals by optimizing their skills and passions to achieve success and satisfaction.
