About Me

Professor Jaiswal, a Fellow (PhD) from XLRI Jamshedpur and faculty member in the Marketing Area at IIM Ahmedabad, has established expertise in diverse research areas including bottom of the pyramid markets, services management, customer satisfaction, business-to-consumer e-commerce, and brand extension management, with his academic excellence recognized through the Distinguished Young Professor Award for research excellence at IIMA in 2011.
