About Me

Paul is a management academic at Macquarie University, where he has been a faculty member since 1999. He teaches the core MBA course in Organisational Behaviour and an elective he developed, Managerial Self-Development. Recognized for his excellence in teaching with a Vice Chancellor’s Award, Paul's research primarily focuses on self-leadership and self-directed learning approaches for leader development. He has published extensively in international peer-reviewed journals and presented his findings at global conferences. Additionally, Paul has consulted with various industries to enhance leadership development initiatives.
