Constantinos K. Coursaris is an Associate Professor in the Department of Information Technologies at HEC Montréal and Co-Director of the Tech3Lab. With a Ph.D. in Information Systems from McMaster University, Coursaris has established himself as a prominent researcher and educator in human-computer interaction (HCI), user experience (UX), and digital marketing.
