About Me

Dr. Anjani Srikanth Koka is an Assistant Professor in the Management Group, Off-Campus Programs at BITS Pilani, based in Hyderabad. He holds an M.Sc. (Hons.) in Mathematics and a Master of Management Studies from BITS Pilani, along with a Ph.D. from the institute’s K.K. Birla Goa Campus. With prior experience in the IT industry, he transitioned to academia in 2009, driven by his passion for teaching. His expertise lies in Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, Marketing, Soft Skills, and Professional Communication.
