About Me

Dr. Balaji Srinivasan is a professor at IIT Madras, specializing in fluid dynamics, turbulence in compressible and hypersonic flows, and rarefied flow computations. He also focuses on numerical analysis and high-performance computing. Before joining IIT Madras, he was part of IIT Delhi's Applied Mechanics Department. His research plays a significant role in advancing understanding of fluid dynamics in high-speed flows.
