Dr. Deepak Bangwal is an Assistant Professor in the Core Cluster/School of Business at the University of Petroleum and Energy Studies (UPES) in Dehradun, India. With a Ph.D. in Human Resource Management and 11 years of experience in academia, he specializes in HRM and HR Analytics.Dr. Bangwal possesses expertise in Structural Equation Modeling using AMOS, SPSS, R Software, and NVivo. He is dedicated to guiding students in evaluating evidence, developing arguments, and enhancing their verbal and written communication skills.
