About Me

Guillermina Tormo-Carbó serves as Associate Professor in Business Management at Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV), where she is affiliated with the Research Center for Business Management (CEGEA). As Director of Analysis and Prospection for Employability and Entrepreneurship at UPV, she focuses on developing entrepreneurial capabilities and business ethics education. Her research examines business ethics teaching effectiveness, corporate social responsibility, and sustainability in higher education
