Harshal Rajan Mulay holds a PhD in Finance and Control from IIM Calcutta. He is an Assistant Professor of Finance in the Department of Management Sciences at IIT Kanpur. His research focuses on Law and Finance, Culture and Finance, Creditor Rights, Banking, and Corporate Finance.
