Mr. Wilson founded Initiatives Consulting LLC in 1997 to help clients transform technical ideas into successful products and companies. His firm has played a key role in launching six companies and four medical devices, including a proprietary syringe and a catheter-related infection prevention device. Through his training company, Neworks, he has guided nearly 500 teams through workshops that have launched over 100 pre-seed stage companies, collectively raising over $100 million. With a diverse background in product design, engineering, and lean manufacturing, Wilson has been instrumental in creating medical devices generating over $1 billion in annual sales.
