About Me

Professor Sourabh Arora, currently serving as an Assistant Professor at DoMS, IIT Roorkee, after holding a similar position at XLRI Jamshedpur, combines his academic credentials of a PhD from IIT Kharagpur and an MBA in Marketing from University School of Management, Kurukshetra University, to pursue research interests focused on modern retail phenomena including Consumer Behaviour, Showrooming, Webrooming, and Multi-channel Shopping dynamics.
