Professor Fei Guo, a distinguished faculty member in the Department of Management at Macquarie University, brings over two decades of international academic experience spanning Australia, the United States, and China. Her expertise encompasses crucial areas of migration studies, labor market dynamics, ethnic and cultural diversity, diaspora studies, and workforce internationalization. With a prolific research portfolio including more than 50 academic journal articles, book chapters, and six co-authored or co-edited books, she has made significant contributions to understanding global demographic transitions. Her recent work, "Global Population in Transition," co-authored with J Martins and D Swanson, provides critical insights into worldwide population changes and diversity patterns, cementing her position as a leading voice in demographic research and population studies.
