Ram Sewak Sharma, Ph.D. from IIT Delhi, is the Chief Executive Officer of the National Health Authority and a Distinguished Visiting Faculty at IIT Kanpur. A former Chairman of TRAI and Director-General of UIDAI, his research expertise spans public policy, public health, and network & broadcasting.
