About Me

Tommaso Buganza is a Full Professor of Leadership & Innovation at the School of Management, Politecnico di Milano. He is also a co-founder of LEADIN’Lab, a laboratory dedicated to leadership, design, and innovation. With a focus on innovation management and project management, he teaches various courses across multiple academic levels, including bachelor's programs, MBAs, and executive education. His expertise lies in the intersection of leadership and innovation, particularly in how organizations can effectively implement change through strategic initiatives.Professor Buganza has been recognized in the Thinkers50 Radar list for 2024 and has authored over 100 scientific articles in prominent journals such as the Journal of Product Innovation Management and Technological Forecasting and Social Change. He co-authored the book "Platform Thinking – Read the past. Write the future," which explores the implications of platform-based business models.
